The University Hospitals Pain Management group is seeking a Patient Access Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and families. You will verify demographics, insurance, and financial information, assist with MyChart enrollment, and coordinate scheduling with care teams using EPIC.
You will answer phones, help resolve scheduling questions, collect copays and balances, process documents, and support the revenue cycle while ensuring an excellent patient experience.
