Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a coordinated imaging department support specialist to assist in daily operations, scheduling, and patient communications. You will help upload images to PACS, reschedule appointments, and liaise with radiology staff.
This role emphasizes patient satisfaction, accurate information delivery, and collaboration with Patient Access and Financial Counselors to secure necessary authorizations.
To coordinate the services of the advanced imaging departments of MUSC Physicians by working with technologists, radiologists, referring doctors/clinics, front desk, and schedulers in the services of radiology.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED), with 1 year of customer service experience.Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures and regulations preferred. Previous experience with hospital information systems or word processing preferred.
