Conducts accurate patient interviews, schedules appointment, enters correct patient demographics, verifies third party payers’ information, accurately posts charges when applicable, calculates the amounts due from the patient FPL’s at POS, and balances and deposits daily collections. Performing these duties accurately and efficiently is critical to optimizing the hospital revenue. Performs multi-task clinic duties to ensure efficiency in daily operations.
