The Patient Access Representative is responsible for providing professional reception and scheduling services to patients, visitors and staff in a growing clinic setting. Applicants should have 5-star service standards, be detail-oriented and able to multi-task and problem solve. This position works closely with patients, providers and clinic nursing staff to ensure a well-rounded care experience for patients. It is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, which makes this position an integral part of the care team.
As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless experience for patients from their first contact with the clinic. By managing patient inquiries, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring data accuracy, you will support the entire care process, contributing to an efficient, patient-centered environment.
This is a full-time position averaging 64 hours every two weeks. Hours vary between 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, with a rotating Saturday shift from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM.
