A leading organization in pediatric specialty care is seeking a Patient Access Representative for their St. Louis location. This role includes scheduling patient appointments, registering patients, and providing critical support during significant life events. At Shriners Children's St. Louis, we have a team of physicians and specialists who are highly trained and experienced in pediatric orthopedics. This team is equipped to treat children with a variety of different orthopedic conditions ranging from mild to complex. Other specialties you will find at our facility include limb lengthening and reconstruction, spine care, muscular and neuromuscular care, orthotics and prosthetics and plastic surgery
.
We have an opening for a Patient Access Representative to join our team. Primary functions include scheduling of outside tests, registering patients for appointments/admissions, obtaining necessary verifications/authorizations, screening phone calls, performing duties as needed for the efficient flow of patients through the outpatient department.
