Job summary

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (CCP) is hiring a per diem Patient Access Representative for our Springfield, PA location. The role focuses on patient check-in, scheduling, and charge entry with emphasis on accuracy and a friendly patient experience.

Requirements include prior medical office experience, knowledge of insurance types, multitasking ability, and proficiency with EMR systems. Hindi or Gujarati language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter charges as the patient is leaving, as well as during downtime.
• Call patients to confirm appointments.
• Receive, greet, and direct patients.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and PCP information at time of check-in.
• Collect co-pays.
• Other duties as assigned.

CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring for a per diem Patient Access Representative at our Springfield, PA location.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tests and follow-up appointments as patients leave the office
• Review instructions for studies scheduled with patients
• Enter charges as the patient is leaving, as well as during downtime
• Call patients to confirm appointments
• Receive, greet, and direct patients
