Job summary

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia in Springfield, PA is seeking a per diem Patient Access Representative to join our team. Responsibilities include scheduling tests, verifying demographics and insurance, collecting co-pays, and greeting patients at check-in.

The role requires prior medical office experience, strong communication, and computer proficiency. Knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati is a plus to assist a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Call patients to confirm appointments.
• Receive, greet, and direct patients.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and PCP information at time of check-in.
• Collect co-pays.
• Other duties as assigned.

CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring for a per diem Patient Access Representative at our Springfield, PA location.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule tests and follow-up appointments as patients leave the office
• Review instructions for studies scheduled with patients
• Enter charges as the patient is leaving, as well as during downtime
• Call patients to confirm appointments
• Receive, greet, and direct patients

Requirements:

• Must have experience in a medical office setting
• Must have knowledge of different insurance
