Trinity Health MI in Shelby, MI is seeking a part-time Patient Access/Insurance Verification representative for 24 hours per week. The position requires rotating days/nights, weekends and holidays, with training Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm for two weeks.
Qualifications include 1 year of customer service, a high school diploma, and HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA within one year of hire. Nice to have medical terminology and knowledge of diagnostic and procedural coding and insurance verification to explain
The first two weeks of training are M-F, 8a-430pm must be able to attend this*

Leverages program & operational data & measurements to define & demonstrate progress, ROI & impacts.
Maintains a Working Knowledge of applicable federal, state & local laws / regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of Conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior & safe work practices.
