Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a part-time Patient Access professional in Shelby, MI to perform outpatient and inpatient registration along with insurance verification. You will support patients with financial obligations and provide essential information to families and physicians.

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, a HS diploma, and a follow-up within one year for HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA certification. Training and a supportive team culture are provided.

Minimum Qualifications:

Additional Qualifications (nice to have) Medical terminology required & knowledge of diagnostic & procedural coding Insurance verification with the ability to explain benefits, secure necessary authorizations

Synthesizes & analyzes data & provides detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends & recommending practical options or solutions while considering the impact on business strategy & supporting leadership decision making. Leverages program & operational data & measurements to define & demonstrate progress, ROI & impacts.
