Qualifications

• Candidates must have a HS Diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience as Admitting Representative.
• PC proficiency and knowledge of medical terminology are required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain accurate patient data during registration and inform patients of hospital policies.
• Process registration in EPIC & HBOC systems while maintaining professionalism.

The Patient Access Representative will obtain accurate and complete patient data during the registration process while presenting a professional image to patients, visitors, and hospital staff. He/she will inform patients of hospital policies regarding the admission process and process registration in EPIC & HBOC systems.
