Now Hiring: Patient Access Representative – Morristown, NJ

Job Title: Patient Access Representative

Location: Morristown, NJ 07960

Shift Options:

• ED: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (x1)
• ED: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (x1)
• ED: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (x2)
• Pay: $21 – $26/hour

Job Duties:

• Verify outpatient visit authorizations
• Use payer portals and research patient insurance benefits
• Communicate effectively with physician offices and hospital staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient support
• Utilize Microsoft 365 for daily tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hospital authorization verification experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Strong communication and customer service skills
