The Patient Access Representative greets visitors, answers calls, schedules appointments, collects payments, and shares information about Four County to support daily operations and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; healthcare education preferred but not required.
• Experience in scheduling, patient access, registrar or accounts receivable preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients and ambassadors for Four County.
• Answer phones, route calls, greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information about Four County.
• Schedule appointments and collect payments; support day-to-day operations of Four County.
• Assist with other clerical duties as needed to ensure smooth operation.

The Patient Access Representative is tasked with providing dependable, high quality, and effective clerical services and meetings the day-to-day operation needs of Four County. This is accomplished by a wide range of duties such as answering telephones, routing calls, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, collecting payments, scheduling appointments and providing information about Four County.Starting and growing base wage opportunities up to $26.00/hour!!PLUS.
