Job summary

Responsibilities include collecting and distributing patient, billing, and collection information, upholding hospital policies, and communicating with patients and families with courtesy to maintain strong community relations.

Qualifications

• Six months clerical or customer service experience - preferably in a hospital or medical office.
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills.
• Working knowledge and ability to perform accurately and efficiently on computer.
• Typing skills of 30 wpm.
