Boston Medical Center is seeking a Patient Access Representative to ensure complete and accurate surgical and procedural registration and billing information. You will support clinical staff, handle fast-paced patient interactions, verify insurance, and collect copays as needed.
The role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years of registration experience or 3+ years in customer service, and strong communication and computer skills.
Ensures that the surgical and procedural patient registration and billing information is complete and accurate. Provides support as needed to all clinical staff. Must be able to function in central treatment area environment. Performs full registration and obtains, verifies and records personal, demographic, financial and visit-specific clinical information. Prioritizes and multi-tasks in a steady-paced clinical environment.

Education: High School Diploma/GED
Experience: 0-2 year of registration related experience OR a minimum of three years customer service experience
Compensation Range: $20.23- $24.65 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
