Job summary

You will handle high-volume calls, verify insurance, collect patient data, and maintain HIPAA privacy while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospital setting. HS diploma required; CMA preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Manage Central Scheduling Voicemail.
• Schedule patient appointments with cardiologists.
• Follow call scripts for different scenarios.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
• Manage OnBase queue and document in EPIC.
• Data entry tasks.
• Route calls appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service.
