Job description

Summary: The main function of a patient access representative is to act as the liaison between the organization and the customer/patient. They will provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a positive customer service experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a liaison between the organization, the customer base, and patients.
  2. Resolve routine customer requests related to products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet.
  3. Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner following protocol procedures.
  4. Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solutions provided.
  5. Provide additional customer education and information as needed.
  6. Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting products and services.
  7. Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
  8. Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  10. Perform administrative support for medical records and related tasks.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am-1pm
