Job summary

ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive patient access initiatives for Purified Cortrophin Gel.

The role partners with case management, and specialty pharmacies to manage prior authorizations, appeals, and financial assistance while educating health care providers on coverage requirements. The FRM will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to address access challenges and ensure compliant, timely patient support in a dynamic reimbursement

Qualifications

• Experience working with specialty medications in pharma, provider office, or payer settings.
• Familiarity with pharmacy and medical benefits in specialty markets.
• Ability to travel up to 25% with some evening/weekend commitments.

Responsibilities

• Reports to a director on the field reimbursement team for development and mentoring.
• Educates health care providers on insurance requirements for prescriptions.
• Coordinates with Hub case manager and in-network Specialty Pharmacies on prior auth requirements.
• Facilitates patient assistance such as copay and free goods where applicable.
• Partners with managed care colleagues to understand policies and trends.
• Collaborates with sales while adhering to Compliance policies.
