Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Perform pre-certification and verify benefits.
• Obtain necessary signatures and verify demographic/financial data.
• Enter data accurately into the EPIC system.
• Obtain pre-certification/authorization per insurer policies.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing, and staff to coordinate patient access.
• Assist management with additional duties as needed.
