As part of Revenue Cycle – Registration, you will handle scheduling, demographic and insurance data, and assist clinicians with patient needs, ensuring accurate information flows through EMR and registration systems.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 0 years of relevant experience required; 0-2 years preferred.
• Experience in patient registration and scheduling processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments across clinics and sites.
• Gather and verify demographic and insurance information accurately.
• Provide support to physicians and clinical staff by handling requests in one transaction.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and adapt to different clinic environments.
