Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• CHAA certification preferred.
• Healthcare and medical terminology knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception, pre-registration, and registration tasks across inpatient, outpatient, and ED.
• Assist with cash collection, admitting, and patient education.
• Support unit-specific tasks and materials/inventory management.
