Job summary

Responsibilities

• The Patient Account Registrar interviews patients or representatives to obtain demographics, secures insurance information, eligibility, benefits and authorizations as applicable, and works with the Admitting department. Must operate a computer to input/retrieve data and communicate with patients using age-specific techniques.
