Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create Epic accounts from scheduling appointments; obtain demographic and insurance info.
• Prioritize insurance coverage as primary, secondary, and tertiary; complete MSP questionnaires.
• Answer questions regarding appointments or transfers to scheduling, service area, or physician office.
• Code Daily Worklist according to standards; prioritize tasks and ensure consistency with documentation.
• Maintain productivity and quality guidelines; report issues and assist in process improvements.
