Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years customer service/public relations experience preferred; 2–3 years computer experience preferred; will consider 1 year in other fields.

Responsibilities

• Greet the public, patients, and families and obtain demographic, financial, and registration information.
• Handle all customer service issues in a customer-friendly manner and collect required fees from patients or authorized representatives.
• Be flexible to work scheduled shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
