Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a Patient Access/Registration representative to ensure timely and accurate patient registration. The role involves interviewing patients to collect all pertinent account information, verifying insurance, and calculating patient liability while obtaining required signatures for treatment.

The position requires following physician orders, attaching them to the patient record, and preparing paperwork for distribution to units.

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred.
• Delivers timely and accurate patient registration and gathers essential account information.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for timely and accurate patient registration.
• Interviews patients for all pertinent account information.
• Verify insurance and collect patient liability amounts.
• Ensure all necessary signatures are obtained for treatment.
• Print and collate paperwork needed for each patient for distribution to unit/department.
• Escort patients to designated area or refer to available escort as needed.
