Providence Little Company Of Mary San Pedro Hospital is seeking a patient registration/greeter responsible for greeting patients, registering non-scheduled patients, and activating pre-registered patients. You will collect identified patient financial responsibility and obtain necessary signatures from patients or family members.

Inpatient bed placement activities are part of the role. Providence caregivers are valued, and this position supports a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in a health care setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients at the front desk and handle patient registration for non-scheduled visits.
• Register non-scheduled patients and activate pre-registered patients.
• Collect identified patient financial responsibility and obtain required signatures from patients or family members.
• Assist with inpatient bed placement activities.
