Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Patient Access experience in a healthcare setting.
• 1-2 years of progressive leadership experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, insurance requirements, and patient access workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with patient access systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end revenue cycle functions that directly impact patient satisfaction and organizational success.
• Lead a team that serves as the gateway to care, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every interaction.
• Monitor metric performance, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and revenue cycle best practices.
• Build strong relationships with partner departments across clinical and revenue cycle spaces.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff to foster accountability and excellence.
