Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients, schedule follow-up appointments, and handle patient questions.
• Oversee waiting area and coordinate patient flow, reporting issues to Practice Management.
• Verify demographics and insurance information, collect payments, and prevent claim denials.
• Assist with financial counseling and translation/resources for patients as needed.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and secure the facility.
