IHA is seeking a Patient Access Registrar to handle on-site pre-registration, insurance verification and payment collection in Hartford, CT. The role includes gathering accurate patient demographics, insurance details and liability information.
The position operates on a full-time swing shift (11:00 AM to 7:30 PM) with evening differential. Training is 2–3 weeks, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some time in Springfield, MA. Strong preference for hospital patient access experience.
