Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients professionally and compassionately.
• Schedule and confirm health appointments.
• Answer phones and respond to patient messages promptly.
• Collect and verify patient information, demographics, and insurance.
• Determine eligibility for financial assistance programs (Sliding Fee Discount).
• Collect co-pays and payments at time of service.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to healthcare providers.
• Assist clinics as needed to support patient care.
