• Obtain clinical, lab and medical testing documentation from EMR systems and paper records for payer submissions.
• Submit authorization requests electronically to payers via portals and other channels to receive timely responses.
• Track denials and follow up to minimize delays in patient care and payments.
• Coordinate with patients, departments and providers to ensure timely information for approvals.
• Adhere to Infection Control and Safety Standards and maintain regular attendance.
