Responsibilities

• Verifies insurance eligibility and documents patient records prior to clinic date.
• Acts as department expert on registration, verifications, and documentation guidelines.
• Ensures 24-hour staffing coverage.
• Assists in budget development and implementation.
• Collaborates with upper management on strategy and operational initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of regulations and trains staff on variations.
• Implements internal controls and ensures policy compliance.
• Ensures staff are trained on controls and university policies.
