Syneos Health is seeking a Patient Access Manager to drive successful launch of patient access initiatives across the assigned territory. You will lead and develop Patient Access Specialists to achieve business goals and ensure reimbursement education for neuroscience products.
Responsibilities include guiding benefits investigation, prior authorization processes, and ensuring compliance across the team. Will require travel up to 75% and a strong background in reimbursement and managed care.
