Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Field-based Patient Access Liaison to support COMP360(psilocybin) therapy for TRD and PTSD. The role focuses on REMS certification, enrollment, and expanding patient access across a regulated early-stage psychiatric program.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel ~50% within assigned geography.

Job description

Role: Field-based Patient Access Liaison supporting Compass Pathways' mental health treatments, specifically the COMP360 psilocybin therapy for TRD and PTSD.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrollment
• Enhance site access readiness
• Provide reimbursement and coverage education
• Assist with case management processes
• Coordinate treatment logistics
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate cross-functionally
• Maintain compliant documentation
• Develop account business plans
• Report to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access and emphasize compliance, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution in a highly regulated, early-stage psychiatric therapeutic area involving REMS and specialty distribution channels

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical or biotech patient access, reimbursement, or case management, with expertise in specialty pharmacy, coverage, prior authorization, and patient journey support
• Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree
• Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license
• Candidate must be willing to travel approximately 50% within the assigned geography (Raleigh/Durham, NC)
• Candidate must reside within 25 miles of the territory
• Preferred skills include operational excellence, strategic account support, and collaborative influence, with experience navigating healthcare ecosystems and supporting access across complex treatment pathways
