Compass Pathways is seeking a Field-based Patient Access Liaison to support COMP360(psilocybin) therapy for TRD and PTSD. The role focuses on REMS certification, enrollment, and expanding patient access across a regulated early-stage psychiatric program.

Responsibilities include education on reimbursement, coordinating logistics, and building stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliant documentation and strategic account planning in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical or biotech patient access, reimbursement, or case management.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, coverage, prior authorization, and patient journey support preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~50% within assigned geography.
