Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 4 additional years of experience plus minimum requirement may substitute.
• 5 years of related healthcare experience required.
• 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Experience using EPIC EMR system is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end hospital admitting operations and improve workflow.
• Lead personnel management including hiring, training, and staff development.
• Responsible for fiscal budget preparation and monitoring expenditures.
• Implement and optimize technology solutions for admissions processes.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance through audits and feedback.
