• Provide direction, training, and mentoring to PAS staff.
• Oversee financial clearance, registrations, and eligibility verification.
• Collaborate with medical staff and payers to obtain approvals.
• Ensure accurate data collection for patient demographic, financial and clinical information.
• Monitor backlogs, generate quality reports, and support process improvements.
