Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an IT staff analyst to support Patient Access information technology applications through planning, design, implementation, and maintenance. The role emphasizes certifications like Epic and collaboration with vendors across lifecycle management.

The position involves on-call responsibilities and development of training materials, with a focus on ensuring system integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
  • Two years of work experience, or four years while pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related area.
  • Epic certifications preferred (Epic, Prelude, Cadence, Referrals, Authorizations, RTE).

Responsibilities

  • Provide support, diagnose problems, and resolve issues for stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into design and development specs and assist product management.
  • Configure, test, install, implement, monitor, and maintain systems and workflows.
  • Document workflow changes and technical designs to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for third-party applications integration and support.
  • Participate in development of training and knowledge materials.
  • Handle on-call and command center responsibilities if applicable.
