Job summary

Experience with healthcare billing, strong math skills, and bilingual abilities (English/Spanish/Creole) are preferred. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for growth within Baptist Health.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Complete and pass the Patient Access training course.
• Experience with payment collection in healthcare or customer service.
• Able to perform basic mathematics and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA and healthcare regulations.
• Bilingual English, Spanish/Creole preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
