Summary:

This position reports to the Patient Access Manager. The ideal candidate will assist patients and their families in understanding their financial obligations, exploring payment options, and securing financial assistance for medical services. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of healthcare billing and insurance processes, and a commitment to providing excellent patient support.
