Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Formal training in medical terminology, hospital finance and customer relations a plus.
• Previous frontline medical office or hospital customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and orient patients and visitors to the hospital with exemplary customer service.
• Interview patients for demographic and financial data to complete registration accurately and promptly.
• Collects appropriate monies, obtain signatures, and communicate hospital policies to patients/guests.
