Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and patient financial estimation.
• Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorizations.
• Verify eligibility and benefits with insurers and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Register patients for services and collect demographic and insurance data.
• Communicate with clinical, billing, and access departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide coverage for PBX and handle cashiering duties as needed.
