• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer skills required.
• Clerical experience in the medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at the point of service and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Register patients, obtain signatures, and determine out-of-pocket expenses.
• Collect and document patient payments and provide financial counseling as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow, switchboard duties, and medical records handling.
