Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and data entry.

• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver the highest level of customer/patient satisfaction.
• Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and PHI of patients, members, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients; resolve patient needs related to intake and care.
• Document all phone calls accurately in the EMR.
• Schedule patient appointments for visits, procedures, tests, referrals, or consultations.
• Register patients by updating demographic data on the registration system.
