Job summary

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, contributing to patient experience excellence. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of customer service experience, with healthcare and insurance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience required.
• 1-2 years healthcare experience preferred.
• 1-2 years insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients accurately and efficiently.
• Utilization of multiple systems and interfaces.
• Cross-Trained in order to work in multiple patient access areas.
• Maintains service excellence to patients and visitors for face-to-face and telephonic encounters.
• Possesses a strong understanding of State and Federal regulations including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO.
• Maintains patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
