Duly Health and Care in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Patient Access Conversion Specialist for an onsite role at our local medical office. You will handle patient calls, schedule appointments, and set a positive tone for patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Answers heavy call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Patient appointment scheduling.
• Sets the tone for a positive experience.

• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Reviews schedules and monitors daily activity.
• Prescreens patients based on departmental protocol.
• Monitors schedules daily to ensure all open slots are filled the same day.
• Reviews the Daily Appointment Report and prepares charts as appropriate.

Patient Access Conversion Specialist

Hours: Monday through Friday between 8a - 5pm

Onsite at Local medical Office- Wheaton

Responsibilities

• Answers heavy call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone
• Patient Appointment Scheduling

• Verifies patient information, while documenting in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
• Perform all otherduties/responsibilitiesas assigned
• Reviewing schedule
• Pre-screen patients based on departmental protocol
• Monitor schedules daily, ensuring that all open slots are filled on the same day.
• Daily monitoring of patient scheduling reports
• Review the Daily Appointment Report and prepare charts as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Three years of patient/client-facing experience

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $16.34 - $24.50 , with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
