Job summary

AdventHealth in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet patients and visitors, provide directions and support a welcoming environment. The role requires strong communication, a service-first mindset, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

You will assist volunteers and staff, help with visitor badges, ensure smooth flow of people through the facility, and address concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and/or medical setting preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Assists volunteers and staff in their roles and responsibilities. Greets patients and visitors upon arrival. Provides assistance and directions to patients and visitors. Ensures a welcoming and helpful environment. Provides facility guests with visitor badge. Communicates effectively with volunteers, patients, and staff. Addresses any issues or concerns raised by volunteers, staff, or visitors. Supports the overall patient experience by providing excellent customer service. Facilitates smooth flow of patients and visitors within the facility. Provides information to patients and visitors as needed. Other duties as assigned.
