Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of experience in an office or customer service setting.
• Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) across day/evening/night shifts.
• Full Flu vaccination is required where mandated; compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients in person, by phone, or video with excellent service.
• Registers patients and updates demographic and financial information early in the process.
• Obtains and files required applications and signatures.
• Communicates financial responsibilities and collects patient liabilities; balances cash as needed.
• Coordinates with Financial Counseling, Scheduling, Financial Clearance, and clinical areas.
• Provides wayfinding and hospital information as requested.
• Coordinates admissions needs and bed assignments.
• Maintains audit accuracy and resolves discrepancies promptly.
• Maintains safe environment per NLH policies and procedures.
• May perform other duties as required.
