Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.
• Proficiency in medical terminology is essential.
• Experience using EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate chart preparation for all upcoming office visits, Hospital Follow Up visits and New Patient visits.
• Perform duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Travel to satellite offices as needed.
