Responsibilities

• Monitor the debit and credit of client accounts.
• Post transactions to institutional accounts and review billing entries.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints on institutional billing.
• Perform order entry, registration, and other clerical duties.
• Train clerical staff on registration and printing of patient reports.
• Handle additional clerical tasks including insurance verification and updating patient accounts.
• Assist with scheduling patient appointments and answering phones.
• Complete other duties as needed.
