LCMC Health in Covington, LA is hiring a Patient Access Associate to welcome patients, assist with scheduling, and ensure accurate, secure records. You will support providers and clinic staff to keep daily operations running smoothly and help patients feel informed and cared for.

In this role, you will verify demographics and insurance, register patients, scan documents, explain financial responsibilities, and collect payments when appropriate.

• Empathy, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast-paced clinic environment preferred.
